Is it cold? Is it warm? I would say it’s a bit of both, throw in some wind and you get the ‘in-between’ season called Autumn. But what does this have anything to do with our skin? This is true for all seasons, especially Autumn. Hydrating the skin is important for maintaining skin health. Drink plenty of water, but also include an essential fatty acid to replenish those skin cells and maintain the skin's barrier function to keep it hydrated.

Pro Tip #2 - Restore those dry, cracked lips!
