This is a great role for an experienced therapist looking to shift gear into a management role, or an existing clinical host or receptionist. The role will best suit someone with a passion for skin and wellbeing, who is well organised, detail oriented and has good selling and negotiating skills.
Your vibrant and bubbly personality and attention to detail will set you up for success in this role. As our Clinic Host, your focus will be on ensuring we deliver on our promise to be the happy face for your face as our client experience is your ultimate priority. You will provide administrative support to our team of therapists and nurses to ensure that our clients have an amazing experience across booking and rescheduling, checking in and out, processing payments and educating on our range of available treatments and promotions and stock control. Homecare and retail is a big part of our business and your ability to sell and recommend will be equally as important.
You will also be responsible for driving the success of our Skin Bar and ensuring our clients are kept safe and comfortable throughout their treatments. This role will be based across multiple locations in The Hills area.
You are a highly motivated, experienced and passionate individual who excels in client satisfaction.
You understand that we win as a team and are capable of supervising and working comfortably on your own! You genuinely believe in amazing customer experiences and know what it takes to really ‘wow’ someone by taking a holistic approach to skin care, and how to ensure this experience flows right throughout the clients journey with us. You’re highly detail oriented, a self-starter and have incredible interpersonal and communication skills. You will have a thirst for knowledge and you learn and absorb quickly as we work with some of the most technical products and treatments available on the market.
You’ll also need to be able to multi-task and prioritise your work to provide efficient and effective support to the team.

We’re a 7 day a week business and matching our customer needs when it comes to being available is important. Working evenings and weekends is part of our DNA and needs to be for our team so we can set those expectations upfront. This role will be a fixed roster with opportunity to flex.
