We’re more than just a clinic, we operate two core brands across multiple locations underpinned by 2 powerful online stores and a Support Office... and we’re just getting started! We know hands down that our success comes from our amazing team, all working together toward our vision.
This is not your typical e-commerce or analytics role, let’s be clear! You will be working with our founders and taking a highly hands-on role to completely rehaul our online experience in line with our growth and customer plans. We work fast so this is a role where you’ll be used to having what feels like a never-ending list of things to action and execute - keeping your finger on the pulse and getting things done is your thing!. This role won’t suit someone looking to manage a team, but rather someone looking to build both their own career and a team from scratch.
Your background and years of experience working with e-commerce platforms, coupled with a clear understanding of social and digital marketing will set you up for success here. Your focus will be on working with the founders, the leadership team and customer focus groups to help build, deliver and execute on our digital strategy across multiple brands and platforms.
This is a flexible role that can be based out of multiple locations with a Support Office based in The Hills, Sydney.
This is a Part Time role initially with room to grow to a full time opportunity over time.
You are a highly motivated, experienced and passionate individual looking to really step-up and grow your portfolio and deliver an amazing customer experience. You’re used to working in a fast paced environment and are highly motivated and adaptable to change.
You genuinely believe in amazing customer experiences and know what it takes to really ‘wow’ someone by taking a holistic approach to the customer experience and all the touchpoints - but you have the ability to deliver short sharp hits of this experience consistently in a high paced environment.
You have the ability to quickly analyse results and data sets to drive outcomes and educate our leadership team on best practice, and are not afraid to bring new ideas, concepts and campaigns to life. You’ll own all digital touchpoints to ensure they are optimised to deliver the best customer and commercial outcomes (think e-comm, social, digital marketing, EDM and CRM, Google, etc.)

To be successful, you’ll be able to tick all of the boxes below:
- You put the safety first…. It’s an active thing!
- You’ll have hands-on and technical experience working with all facets of an online business from e-comm platforms, marketing and email engines, digital and social marketing, etc. Shopify Plus, Klaviyo and Google Ads experience will be advantageous.
- You’ll have in-depth knowledge and experience working with Facebook and Google in building and maintaining strong campaigns
- You have superior analytical skills to decipher customer and supplier data to develop our campaigns and customer roadmap
- You are genuinely passionate about your customers and are an active learner
- You’re able to teach and educate as well as execute - this is a unique skill, but critical in our business
- You’re looking to grow your career with a small brand with big ambitions
