Yes! We do ship overseas. Please keep in mind that additional shipping costs apply to orders outside of Australia and your order may take longer to arrive than a domestic order.
For orders within Australia, we aim to dispatch orders 1-2 business days from the date they were ordered. In times of high demand/ sale periods, dispatch time may be longer. We use Australia Post to ship all of our orders, typically this allows us to get our orders from us to you in approximately 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Good news, we offer store pickup. If you live near Bella Vista, NSW and order before 2pm using the store pickup option, your item should be ready for pickup on on the very same day!

For orders within Australia:
On average, it takes up to 3-4 business days for us to receive your return. From here, we require another 1-2 business days to process your return. Once this has happened you should see your refund back in your account/ store credit within 72 hours.
For orders outside of Australia:
We try our best to make the returns process as quick as possible, but for returns coming from outside of Australia, the process can be a sightly longer. We generally receive returns 7-10 days from when you send them off. From here, we require another 1-2 business days to process your return. Once this has happened you should see your refund back in your account/ store credit within 72 hours.
Unfortunately, once a product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return.
