THE FINE PRINT

We don't lock you into contracts and you can cancel anytime!

To get your membership up and running, we will set you up on an autopay through your credit or debit card for the amount and frequency of the membership you have selected.

You can pause or cancel your membership anytime, please note that it takes 3 days from letting us know to it being processed in our system. If a payment was scheduled to come out during that time, it will still be processed.

We aim to be as flexible as we can be with our memberships which is why we encourage you to pause if you are going away, there is no fee for this and you can nominate your return date.

Unlimited weekly LED memberships can be used once daily.

We review our free treatment selection from time to time to ensure it remains relevant. Our current list can be found online or in-clinic. If you ever have any questions about a new or existing membership, please contact us anytime.
